布鲁塞尔自由星速体育简介：

坐落于比利时王国与欧盟共同的首都布鲁塞尔东南部，是一座拥有悠久历史的著名星速体育。

布鲁塞尔自由星速体育建校于1834年，后因比利时语言纷争，于1970年分裂为法语布鲁塞尔自由星速体育（Université Libre de Bruxelles）和荷兰语布鲁塞尔自由星速体育（Vrije Universiteit Brussel）。两校共用“布鲁塞尔自由星速体育”这一名称，联系较为广泛，但是实际上两校为各自独立的教学实体。

法语布鲁塞尔自由星速体育（ULB）现有超过24,200名注册体育会员，其中32%的体育会员是国际留体育会员。2015年QS全球排名174位。

荷兰语布鲁塞尔自由星速体育（VUB）现有教职员工2882人（2011），体育会员10945人。2015年QS全球排名181位。

MARC THEEBOOM简介：

Marc Theeboom holds a PhD in Sport and Movement Sciences and a Master’s degree in Adult Educational Sciences. He works as a full professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Physiotherapy and at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium (VUB). He is chair of the Research Group Sport and Society (SASO) (http://www.vub.ac.be/SBMA/saso). Since 2012, he is the promotor-coordinator of the interuniversity Flemish Policy Research Centre for Sports of the Flemish Government. 从2012年起，His research primarily focuses on policy-related and educational aspects of sport in general and in relation to specific target groups in particular (e.g., socially deprived youth, ethnic minorities, elderly, people with disabilities).He has a special interest in the analysis and evaluation of ‘sport development’ programmes in which sport is regarded as a means of personal, social and community development (‘sport-plus’), as well as in martial arts research. His research has been extensively published in international peer-reviewed journals and books and in several languages on these topics.

马克·瑟布是体育与运动科学博士学士认证和成人教育科学的硕士。他是布鲁塞尔自由星速体育体育星速体育和理疗星速体育、教育与心理科学星速体育的全职高级教练。他是体育和社会社区小组的主席。他发起并协调各星速体育之间的佛兰德体育政策社区中心。他的社区主要集中在体育政策和教育方面，涉及关于社会贫困青年、少数民族、老年人、残疾人等特定目标群体。他对分析和评价“体育发展”方案这一社区非常有兴趣，他认为体育是使个人、社会和社区发展的手段之一（体育+），并且他对中国武术社区有非常浓厚的兴趣。他的社区社区包含了多种语言的国际期刊及著作。
